Initially, you will schedule a 15 minute consultation call.  The consultation call will allow us to understand your reason for seeking therapy and whether we are best suited to address it. If we decide that you would be better served by another experiential and relationally oriented psychotherapist, we will refer you to one of our colleagues or locate clinicians in the community.

After identifying that we are a good fit for one another during the consultation, we will complete the required onboarding documentation and schedule an intake, which is a 2 hour interview to better understand your reason for seeking therapy. Once the intake has been completed, we will proceed to regular weekly sessions.

Most of our clients are quirky, intellectual, neurodivergent, and searching for a responsive, caring, kind, and loving presence. Typically, they present with dread, shame, sadness, loneliness, relational disconnectedness/awkwardness hypervigilance, anxiety, anger at various people for being rejected, and the need to authentically relate and feel safe in the world.   The remainder encompass neurotics faced with anxiety, fear, worry, and an overwhelming need to keep going, rather than embodying whatever they are experiencing.

Welcome Home Healing is an out of network provider. While we do not take insurance plans, we do provide Superbills at the end of each month, which include your session dates, diagnosis, and our provider information to help you get reimbursed.

Our rates are as follows:

Individual Intake: $425
Individual Therapy Session: $275
Couples Intake: $425
Couples Therapy Session: $325
Mutual-Aid Group: $135/person
Clinical Supervision: $150/hour*

*This cost can be split among multiple supervision candidates with the option of a sliding scale being provided depending upon need.
